What we store

• Account and identifiers: name, email, company name, password hash or social-login identifier, user ID, and login activity. If you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, that provider supplies the account information you approve.
• Business data our subscribers enter: customers, properties, leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, payments, and AI tasks.
• Messages and other communications sent through the service.
• Job and property photos uploaded by crew members.
• Precise device location only when a crew member chooses a location-based workflow, such as confirming a position while working a route.
• Account-linked product activity such as app pages visited, session ID, and the preceding app page. We use this first-party activity to operate LawnVex, diagnose workflow problems, and improve the product.

How we share

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Transactional email (quotes, invoices, reminders) is delivered through our email provider.
• Hosting & database is on Lovable Cloud / Supabase in the U.S.
• AI features may send quote text, property details, and price book line items to our AI provider to draft estimates. We do not use your data to train third-party models.

SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide your phone number on a lawn-care business's quote request form and check the optional consent box, you consent to receive text messages from that business, sent via LawnVex (operated by Tallyco LLC). Message types are limited to your quote request, appointments and service updates, invoice and payment reminders, follow-ups, review requests, and replies to your questions. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default, and the request can be submitted without it. Promotional text messages require a second, separate optional marketing-consent checkbox. The exact opt-in is documented at https://lawnvex.com/sms-consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Replying STOP immediately turns off text messages to your number.

No mobile information or SMS consent is sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the messages you requested and to operate the service, and are shared only with our messaging provider for message delivery.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in, security, and saved preferences. These are needed to operate LawnVex and preserve your session.

We and our hosting provider may record technical error details, the affected app page, and related diagnostic logs when LawnVex encounters a problem. We use this information only to maintain security, investigate failures, and keep the service reliable. Diagnostic records may be associated with an account or session when needed to resolve the problem.

With your permission, LawnVex records first-party acquisition attribution and loads Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and the Meta Pixel. These services may receive the page you visit, browser and device information, referral or campaign identifiers, and interactions such as page views, signups, trial activation, or purchases. We use this information to understand which content and campaigns produce qualified trials and customers.

Optional Google and Meta measurement does not load until you choose “Allow measurement.” Choosing “Only essential” keeps those tags disabled. You can reset your choice by clearing LawnVex site data in your browser and selecting again. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, customer addresses, or payment-card details in measurement events. Your rights

You can permanently delete your LawnVex sign-in and associated personal data from Settings > Account > Delete account. If you are the only member of a workspace, LawnVex also deletes that workspace's customer, job, message, and uploaded-file records. You can request an export or additional privacy help by emailing kevinecombiz@gmail.com. California (CCPA) and EU/UK (GDPR) residents have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate data, and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information — we do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data while the account is active and as needed to provide the service. When an account is deleted, LawnVex removes the account and associated data from its active systems, subject only to limited records that we or our processors must retain for security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or other legal obligations. Backups age out under our providers' normal retention schedules. Deleting an account created with Sign in with Apple also revokes LawnVex's Apple authorization.

Children

LawnVex is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
