The service

LawnVex, operated by Tallyco LLC, is a software-as-a-service tool for lawn care and landscaping businesses to manage leads, estimates, jobs, invoices, and crews.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number to a lawn-care business and checking the optional consent box on that business's quote request form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from that business, sent via LawnVex (operated by Tallyco LLC). Message types are limited to your quote request, appointments and service updates, invoice and payment reminders, follow-ups, review requests, and replies to your questions. Consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and the quote request can be submitted without it. Promotional text messages require a second, separate optional marketing-consent checkbox. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For support contact the business directly or email support@lawnvex.com.

Subscriptions & billing

LawnVex is sold as a monthly subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not pro-rate partial months.

Your data

You own the customer, property, job, photo, and invoice data you enter. We act as a processor on your behalf and only use that data to operate the service. You may export or request deletion at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use LawnVex to send spam, harass customers, store unrelated personal data, or break the law.

Service as-is

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawnVex's total liability for any claim is capped at the total fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced by email or in-app.
